Gatekeepers care solution provides a range of services; We provide cooked meals, offer companionship and help run the home, promoting independence where possible. All needs and routines are documented in an individualised Care Plan which stays in the clients’ home. Live in carers are to provide 24-hour care with 2-hour break 7 days a week.
